RULES OF PURCHASE

What do I need to purchase currency?
What you need is an internet bank with Nordea, Danske Bank or BG Bank. Besides this you will require an e-mail address.

You can purchase for a value of 25 000 DKK at a time.

How much commission is there to have the money send to my home address?
To send currency with recommended letter there will be a stamp fee of DKK 80-113,75 depending on the value of your order.

You will require bringing the order number and valid identification.

How safe is it to purchase currency on the Internet?
To purchase currency on the internet is just as safe as paying your bills in your Internet bank. FOREX will never have access your account number or other information. All delicate information is encrypted before send. That means that your data is never available for other purposes than for FOREX use only. No data is sold, rented out or lend for purposes other than FOREX currency exchange.

A browser is a computer program and is being used among other things when you are sending information thru the Internet. A Browser makes the code that is being sent to pictures and readable text in your computer. The most common browsers are Microsoft internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.

What do I need to be able to use FOREX Web Shop?
To be able to use FOREX Web Shop you will have to meet the following demands: Internet access PC or MAC with the following browsers - PC: Internet Explorer 5.01-6.0 or Netscape 6.2.1-7.01 and MAC: Internet Explorer 5.0-5.2 or Netscape 4.51-4.80 or 6.2.1-7.01. If you are using another web browser or an older model there can be disruptions.

Also follow the updates of your browser that are available on the manufactures website. We can not guarantee the latest versions will function and be approved for use on all of banks thru Internet. We would also like to discourage from using BETA – versions. Your computer should preferably be a PC with Pentium processor or similar. Operative system should preferably a Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 2000 or XP. Using a MAC you should use O/S 8.6 or 9.0.

Yes, Internet–service can also function if you are using other web browsers or operatives systems, but we can not guarantee that we can assist you. Neither that bank thru internet- service functions correctly.

TIPS

What do I do so that I do not have to ‘scroll’ to see the entire FOREX Web Shop?
When you are in need of scrolling (often in horizontal) to see all of the information on a website is due to the fact that you have a too small resolution on your screen. Try to increase your resolution to 1024*768 then it will no longer be a problem to you. You can see in your computers manual which screen dissolutions that are supported.

PROBLEMS TO FULLFILL ORDERS

What should I do if I do no return FOREX Web Shop after payment is being completed in my Internet bank? I have not received a receipt but I can see the payment has been deducted from my account!
There can be many reasons to that you do not return to FOREX Web Shop upon leaving the internet bank. For instance the modem could have disconnected, erroneous settings in the browser that makes technical problems that makes the communication between the bank and FOREX Web Shop are disconnected. Our advice to you is to wait two hours. Within two hours the system will once again contact the bank and then get the reply regarding the payment has been carried trough. After that you order is being registered in the FOREX Web Shop and a receipt is being send to your e-mail address.
